Supporting the lahu hilltribe in Chiang Rai Thailand

James and his University of Washington study tour students visited the Lahu ethnic community  in Chiang Rai, Thailand in September, 2026 where they learned about growing organic coffee.   

The group (and Teachers for Tomorrow) supported the community through donations of shoes, textbooks and school supplies
